Resin Bound Driveways
Our BBA approved system, hand trowelled over a solid permeable base. Seamless, no loose stone, no weeds coming up through it, and it drains straight through the surface.
BBA approved, SUDS compliant resin bound driveways, paths and patios, laid across South Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire by the same firm since 2010.
A resin bound drive is a technical product. Laid properly it is seamless, permeable and still tight in ten years. Laid badly it ripples, goes bald at the edges and lifts. The difference is entirely in the base underneath and the hands that trowel it.

Our BBA approved system, hand trowelled over a solid permeable base. Seamless, no loose stone, no weeds coming up through it, and it drains straight through the surface.

The same surface taken around the house, down the side and up to the door. Smooth enough for a pushchair or a wheelchair, with no lip and nothing to trip on.

Block borders, kerbs and edge restraints haunched in concrete. The frame that holds a resin drive true and stops the edges ever creeping away.

We are also the patio and paving experts. Porcelain, natural stone and slab laid on a full bed, to falls, so water runs off it and away rather than sitting in the middle.

Raised beds, stone faced planters, sleepers, lawns and the levels that make the whole garden work. Landscaping and driveway specialists, as the sign says.

Sweeping drives, turning circles and gated entrances, set out properly and finished with channel drainage at the threshold so nothing runs out onto the highway.
Two hundred and twenty two households in and around Doncaster have written about the work after we packed up and left, and every single one of them gave five stars. Anybody can have a good month. Nobody has a clean sheet that long by accident. Read them yourself before you ring anybody, ours included.

Almost everybody asks, and almost nobody gets a straight answer. Here is the plain English version.
Resin bound is not a coating you paint onto an old drive. Anybody who offers to lay it straight over your existing tarmac is selling you a surface that will crack exactly where the old one did.
The old surface and any soft ground beneath it comes out and goes on the wagon. Nothing is raked to the side and buried under your new drive.
Open graded stone laid and compacted in layers so water can pass right through the build-up rather than sit on top of it. This is the part that carries the car.
Edge restraints haunched in concrete, the levels set to fall away from the house, and channel drainage at the threshold where the job calls for it.
Aggregate and resin mixed on site to the BBA approved specification, hand trowelled in one continuous pour, then we walk the finished drive with you.
From a limited company registered in England since January 2016, trading from Bawtry, with fifteen years of drives on the ground behind it. We are not difficult to find in five years time.
We will come out, measure up and give you a written price with no obligation, and we will tell you honestly whether resin bound is the right answer for your ground.
